Parking

NO parking is allowed on lettered streets at night,
ONLY on MAIN NAMED streets


All residents must register all vehicles in the Administration Office and must display a barcode on driver's side of all vehicles. No unit shall have more than a maximum of two (2) vehicles. Under special circumstances, on a case by case basis, the Board of Trustees may grant approval for one additional vehicle.

Resident and visitor overnight (12 a.m. to 6 a.m. ) parking is permitted in the following areas only with the proper pass displayed on the dashboard:

  • Argyll
  • Dumbarton
  • Balmoral
  • Fife
  • Shetland
  • Aberdeen
  • Clydebank
  • Inverness
  • Hamilton/
  • Thornhill

No overnight parking is permitted in cul-de-sacs. No abandoned vehicles may be left on Association property. Any vehicle deemed abandoned shall be towed. "Abandoned Vehicle" shall be defined as a vehicle that is parked in a visitor spot for more than 48 hours. In the event an Owner intends to leave a vehicle on the property for a period in excess of 48 hours because of travel or vacation plans, such vehicle shall not be deemed to be an abandoned vehicle provided that the Owner has notified the Board of Trustees or its designee in advance of the length of time the vehicle will be left unattended and the vehicle shall park in Barton Hall parking lot at the far end on right hand side. Overnight Parking

(Subject to Change)


All residents of LVE must have a bar code for all of their vehicles.

Overnight visitors must have a Parking Pass.

No parking on the side of the street which has a fire hydrant. The curb should be painted yellow.

From the hours of 12 Midnight until 6 AM, parking is only allowed in designated areas. Residents must park in their garage, driveway, numbered space assigned to their unit or in one of the following designated areas:

  • Argyll Circle (one side)
  • Dumbarton Drive (one side from Thornhill up to Argyll Circle)
  • Balmoral Court (one side)
  • Thornhill Court (one side)
  • Inverness Court (one side)
  • Aberdeen Drive (one side)
  • Fife Court (both sides)
  • Hamilton Court (one side)
  • Clydebank Court (both sides)
  • Shetland Drive (one side)
  • Barton Hall
  • Available Visitor's spot

Overnight visitors must park in a visitor's spot or in one of the above designated areas.

Under no circumstances is parking allowed in a cul-de-sac from 12 AM until 6AM. Vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense.

Any vehicle parked in the village from 12 AM to 6 AM without a bar code or parking pass is also subject to towing at the owner's expense.

Absolutely No overnight parking will be allowed on any street or cul-de-sac during a snow event. Parking will be available at Barton Hall during such an emergency.
